Returns

We hope you will love your item, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us. Items returned must be unused, have all original packaging and labels attached and be in a resalable condition, exactly as received. Any items that do not meet this criteria will be denied.

To request a refund or exchange please email info@papercotton.co.uk  stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once we have received your email, we will then contact you with a returns authorisation code to include within your return.

In the interests of hygiene cosmetics, pierced earrings and underwear cannot be returned

Any bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a fault.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. To ensure that it arrives safely to us we recommend that you send it with a trackable delivery service and retain proof of postage.  We will only be able to refund lost parcels with this form of postage.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an item for a full refund, including the original delivery charge – providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 days of receiving it. Please note we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please make sure you return order in a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods.

We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued. We will credit your paypal account less any taxes or import duties incurred.

For UK and EU customers the standard postage value will be refunded, for all other locations the original postage will not be refunded.

Faulty items

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered please email us at info@papercotton.co.uk stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

Postage for the return of faulty items will be provided once the item has been received and the fault is confirmed. We will confirm with you the value of postage to be provided based on your location and the item being returned. If a replacement item is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before contacting us as we will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without evidence.

You have 14 days to return the item after you have notified us of the fault.

International Orders – We can only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are unable to send out replacements.
